Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use.

If you do not see results after 60 days we will offer a full refund. We do recommend being patient to ensure the product has adequate time to take effect. However if you are one of the rare customers for whom the product does not work we will refund in full.

You have 60 calendar days from shipping to make a request for a replacement from the date you received it. You will be asked to return the unused portion of the serum. Upon receipt a refund will be issued.

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges for "change of mind". Please be aware of this before ordering from us.   

 

 

If you paid for delivery on the original order, the delivery cost will not be credited to you, only the cost of goods.
